- Implement/enforce HR company policies/code of conduct
- Help manage staff performance development plan together with management.
- Ensure employee/employer relationships are in order.
- Ensure government regulation, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, DOLE compliance.
- Prepare and issue Notice of Personal Action, etc.
- Manage and update employee 201 files
- Administer payroll. compensation, and benefits.
- Draft and issue employment contracts, notice to explain
- Manage timekeeping, leaves, payroll disputes
- Coordinates government agencies and third part insurance (Intellicare)
- Other HR related activites, etc.
